The AmazonWeb Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking anexperienced ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely withcustomers to understand their technical requirements and businessobjectives, designing and implementing tailored cloud solutions. You'll be a key player in the pre-sales process, providingtechnical expertise and guidance throughout the customer's cloudjourney. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating andleading the solution design to address customer business outcomes(CBO). Operating as the conduit between ProServe Account Executivesand our Shared Delivery Teams (SDT), you’ll ensure proposedsolutions are realistic, achievable, and optimize ProServe and/orour partners to maximize CBOs. As a PCA you are a trusted advisorto our customers, providing guidance on industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and innovative solutions to address customerchallenges. As a technical SME, you will share knowledge within theorganization, through mentoring, training, creation of reusableartifacts and process improvements. Your experience in designingtechnical solutions within the technology/consulting sector, willequip you with the ability to architect complex, scalable, andsecure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of eachcustomer, translating technical concepts into business value. Yoursuccess as a PCA will be linked to impacting the signing of SOWs,and the successful implementation of solutions which achieve CBOswhile exceeding customer satisfaction (CSAT) expectations. The AWSProfessional Services organization is a global team of experts thathelp customers realize their desired business outcomes when usingthe AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWSPartner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computinginitiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection ofofferings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related toenterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance throughour global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions,technologies, and industries. BASICQUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture - 7+years track record of consulting, managing and deliveringlarge-scale enterprise implementations - Experience designing andimplementing cloud solutions - Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or related field - Able to communicateeffectively in English within technical and business settings.
