Job Overview Key leadership roles play a pivotal part in the success of our organization. As a Team Lead Credit, you will be responsible for managing team members and overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities: - Manage a medium-sized team by coaching, training, motivating, and conducting performance appraisals. - Oversee daily operations and adhere to SLAs with business partners to maintain exceptional service standards. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with global functional teams and business partners on a proactive basis. - Develop relevant KPIs for the area of responsibility and evaluate their effectiveness. - Promote process improvements for efficient work and analyze problems to propose timely solutions. - Maintain financial controls over the work performed and act as a backup for the Manager of the area when required. Requirements: - A university degree or equivalent experience in accounting or business. - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in order to cash, credit, and collections. - Proven people management experience, including managing a medium-sized team. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools. - Solid knowledge of SAP and Order to Cash related functions. - Effective communication skills in English and Spanish. - Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
