We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about people and the tech world, with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills, to support our Tech & Product team (approximately 74 people) in implementing talent practices that create real value for both the business and our people. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting leaders and teams on key topics such as Performance, Work Environment, Engagement, Onboarding, Budgeting, and the development of specific projects based on the area's needs. 🎯What would you do? Act as the main HR point of contact for Tech & Product leaders and teams. Execute end-to-end performance evaluation processes. Implement climate and eNPS surveys, analyze results, and coordinate follow-up actions with teams. Support development, growth, culture, and leadership initiatives. Assist in managing talent budgets and key team data. Participate in defining and updating salary bands, ensuring internal equity. Lead recruitment processes when required by the area. Design and implement People projects focused on solving real team pains. Generate reports, presentations, and data analysis. Collaborate with other HRBPs and the central People team to share learnings and scale best practices. 🚀 Your SuperPowers 2 to 4 years of professional experience in HR roles, including at least 1 year as an HRBP. Knowledge of performance management, work environment, engagement, and talent development processes. Intermediate Excel skills. Intermediate to advanced English (able to participate in meetings and write documents). Hybrid role based in Bogotá, Colombia, with availability to attend in-person meetings as needed.
