Insurance and Real Estate Sales Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a full-time Cold Calling Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of spoken English, and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is comfortable with high-volume calling. As a Cold Calling Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Make approximately 200 outbound calls daily to insurance and real estate prospects using VoIP technology. - Follow structured call scripts to overcome objections and identify potential interest. - Log all activities, outcomes, and notes in the CRM with attention to accuracy and detail. - Schedule appointments or pass along qualified leads to licensed agents. - Support the sales team with light data entry, lead research, and basic follow-ups via email or SMS. Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish with clear, professional spoken English and minimal accent. - At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or cold calling, ideally in insurance, real estate, or similar fields. - Comfortable using CRMs, VoIP systems, and Google Workspace tools. - Self-motivated, organized, and coachable, with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets. - Fast learner with the ability to adapt to seasonal business cycles. - College degree is preferred but not required.
