Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist The role of a Financial Operations Specialist involves providing crucial administrative support to ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of all job information. This position plays a vital part in the organizational structure, supporting various activities and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience, preferably handling billing/customer data, as well as excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Daily tasks related to project completion, including scheduling delivery to the customer's warehouse and managing invoices from the finance team. - Filling out templates for invoicing. - Organizing documents for each project in Hub/WIP. - Maintaining good professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Developing strong relationships with each account and project manager. - Managing projects within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Ensuring that all job information is accurate and up to date. - Proactively resolving issues and finding solutions when necessary. - Optimizing the delivery of activities within deadlines. - Communicating effectively and in a timely manner. - Using knowledge to prioritize key activities and deliverables. - Working independently and assisting other processes whenever necessary. - Resolving queries originating from the Global central function promptly.
