**Responsibilities**: 1. Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 2. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems. 3. Resolve employee concerns and provide necessary employee support. 4. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. 5. Implement and manage employee training and development programs. 6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. 7. Collaborate with management to articulate the company's HR policies and procedures. 8. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources. 3. Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred. 4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. 5. In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. 6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail. 8. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. 9. Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
