**Job Description**: **About the job** The Deal Desk serves as the trusted advisor to the Sales team on deal structure and quoting, advises the team on alternative contract options and value propositioning to help drive deal closure and profitable revenue growth. The NA Deal Desk Senior Manager leads a group of analysts who work with hundreds of salespeople every day to maximize outcome of deal negotiation and achieve revenue goals. **Responsibilities** - Lead & coach a team of ~5 Deal Desk Analysts - Increase skills in analyzing price getting and source of revenue - Train on deal strategy - Create & evolve guidelines for exception approvals - Build relationships with NA sales team - Identify improvement areas, both in Deal Desk processes and sales’ deal strategies - Serve as an escalation point - Drive adoption of quote to cash (Q2C) tools and Deal Desk processes - Build & monitor team KPIs **Qualifications**: - Fluent in English, other languages are a plus - Relevant educational background - Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, working with customers and numbers - Instinct for negotiation - Proven record of leading and developing teams - Self-directed with ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment - Demonstrated ability to operate in a team-based setting and work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Expertise with Excel and overall comfort with / ability to learn technology such as CRM, CPQ, PowerBI, SharePoint Additional Information **About NIQ** NIQ, the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, reveals new pathways to growth for retailers and consumer goods manufacturers.
