Youwill guide both traditional financial institutions and Fintechs indesigning innovative solutions using cloud services to create valueand accelerate growth. Key job responsibilities 1. Managerelationships with C-level executives in financial institutions,Fintechs, and other financial ecosystem stakeholders to align onand execute strategic transformation initiatives. 2. Identify thebusiness and IT drivers of cloud adoption within the financialsector, collaboratively designing tailored strategies and roadmapsfor success. 3. Optimize financial business processes such asdigital banking, payments, risk management, regulatory compliance,and more, to maximize cloud benefits, promoting agility andoperational efficiency. 4. Design and deliver technical solutionsthat address specific financial sector complexities, such asscalability in data management, Fintech platform integration,regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, GDPR), and enhanced cybersecurity.5. Assist in planning and executing organizational changemanagement within financial institutions, driving stakeholderbuy-in while navigating stringent regulatory requirements. 6. Develop compelling business cases to justify cloud investment andenable cost optimization within financial business models. 7. Collaborate with internal AWS teams and external stakeholders tofoster a culture of innovation in financial services, drivingcontinuous improvements and positive change. BASICQUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relatedengineering discipline, or equivalent experience - 8+ years ofrelevant experience in enterprise IT, consulting, and/orengineering/development - Experience with engaging deeply withC-level executives to define and execute enterprise-widetransformation programs - Experience with identifying opportunitiesto scale engagements in enterprise IT professional service or cloudservices - Strong background/ experience working with EnterpriseArchitecture Frameworks (e.g. SAFe, TOGAF, Business Capabilitymaps, Value Maps) and management frameworks (e.g. ITIL v3processes, COBIT, CMMI) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master’s/ MBAdegree - 12+ years of leadership experience across enterprise ITand/or consulting - Hands-on experience with cloud migrationinitiatives as an AWS customer or consulting with a customer ontheir IT transformation - Experience in financial businessprocesses such as digital banking, payments, risk management,regulatory compliance, and more, to maximize cloud benefits,promoting agility and operational efficiency - Hands-on experienceplanning and leading large-scale cross-functional enterprise ITchange management programs - Strong background in one of thefollowing methodologies: Sigma, Agile/SCRUM, SAFe, Value StreamMapping, Design Thinking - Domain knowledge and experience in theareas of lean startup, digital innovation, digital strategy and/orproduct development Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusiveworkplace.
