Job Title: Construction Site Management Professional We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Management Professional to oversee the execution of construction projects in the UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing site plans, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our Commercial Team to monitor and control construction costs, addressing any anomalies, and establish a robust quality management system. - Develop and control site plans for finishing works, accurately calculating required human and material resources. - Create, implement, and enforce comprehensive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) plans on site. - Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance. - Collaborate with the Commercial Team to monitor and control construction costs, addressing any anomalies. - Establish and maintain a robust quality management system and control plan for finishing works. - Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to provide timely project updates. - Interpret and apply technical drawings, tender documents, and contract requirements effectively. - Monitor productivity and progress, ensuring accurate measurement and recording of works. - Manage testing of technical components, interpreting results and implementing corrective actions. - Plan and prepare for upcoming contracts, including tender revision, scheduling, and site setup.
