You will manage all testing activities to ensure the solution provides value to the customer.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Project Leader to analyze the project, define testing strategies, and prepare test and acceptance plans.Manage, assign, and schedule QA activities, creating and executing test plans and procedures aligned with project milestones.Specify methods and resources, and tailor IVVQ environments accordingly.Develop validation strategies to ensure successful project implementation and approve lower-level solution components to ensure QA consistency.Oversee the integration of all solution components.Monitor and review test progress, consolidate, and report results on:Solution specificationsDesignArchitectureBug and defect reviewsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.Over 5 years of experience in similar roles, with at least 3 years in software validation.Hands-on experience in software validation.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with inter-server communications (HTTP/HTTPS, POP/SMTP, FTP/SFTP, Sockets, TCP/IP).Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 level).Position Requirements:Availability for international travel within LATAM.Colombian citizenship or valid work permit.Hybrid role based in Bogotá, with office presence required.Learn more about working at Thales: Click HereAt Thales, we offer careers, not just jobs.
