Senior Proposals Management Administrator Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Proposals Management Administrator to support our account executives in South America. We are looking for a document professional who enjoys working with documents and is exceptional at managing changing priorities. The Senior Proposals Management Administrator will focus on document creation using established Microsoft Word templates as a starting point and coordinate with the technical resources needed to obtain the updated technical content. Your understanding of fixed price and time and materials consulting services offers will support your review of the key components in statements of work and technical proposals. You will manage timelines/deadlines, communicate questions, communicate with other departments, and finalize the proposal. You will work closely with our technical teams - Sales, Services, Legal, and Finance departments to finalize these proposals. As a Senior Proposals Management Administrator, you will be managing requests that come in to the request system by prioritizing and dispersing requests to appropriate technical resources and updating Salesforce. Main Responsibilities: 1. Manage document builds from templates and coordinate with others to manage the development of content. 2. Review and edit content of statement of work, technical proposals, budgetary estimates, and RFx responses (acting as an editor and a writer). 3. Critically analyze and review potential risks that may impact the assumptions for the execution of the services. 4. Maintain timelines, deadlines, and responsibility matrices, communicate with other teams, and finalize proposal-related documents. 5. Prioritize and disperse requests to appropriate resources for input. 6. Update Salesforce as the process moves from one resource to another and one stage to the next. Requirements: - Diploma or degree in business, marketing, technical writing. - Experience preparing proposals and technical documents. - Software consulting service statements of work, technical proposals and budgetary estimates. - Complex software and software consulting services RFP/RFI responses, for public and private entities. - Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. - BASIC understanding of risk management. - Skilled at prioritization and managing multiple priorities. - Ability to meet deadlines and hold others to expected deadlines. - Experience with Salesforce or similar applications. - Advanced spoken and written Spanish, Portuguese, and English, are required. - Familiarity with software and database terminology is an asset but not required.
