This role involves directing daily operations,optimizing efficiency, ensuring compliance with service levelagreements, and fostering seamless interdepartmental coordination. Key responsibilities include analyzing detailed performance metricsand implementing strategic process improvements. The positionrequires strong client service and operational management skills. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise staff, manage workloads, providetraining, and conduct performance evaluations. 2. Develop ahigh-performing team by fostering a positive work environment andsupporting professional development. 3. Motivate and engageemployees, encourage continuous improvement, and drive teamperformance. 4. Manage client relationships, understand theirneeds, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. 5. Ensureadherence to SLAs by monitoring and maintaining service levels. 6. Contribute to business strategy by developing and executing plansto achieve goals. 7. Identify growth opportunities, explore newbusiness avenues, and develop strategies for expansion. 8. Stayupdated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologiesrelevant to BPO. Requirements: - Excellent (near-native) Englishproficiency is mandatory. - 6+ years of management experiencewithin a BPO environment. - Deep understanding of BPO processes,service delivery, and operational excellence, including policyimplementation and management. - Experience leading clientrelationships, ensuring service quality, and driving growth. -Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently. -Advanced proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office. - Proven experiencein team management and mentorship. - Sales or e-commerceexperience, with a strong grasp of sales metrics and drivers. -Ability to proactively identify team or employee risks. - Excellentrelationship-building skills with employees and partners. - Strongwork ethic and talent for motivating others. - Passionate aboutknowledge sharing and team development. - Exceptional written andverbal communication skills, with strategic articulationcapabilities. - Data analysis skills to identify trends and developstrategic operational solutions. - Ability to manage relationshipswith stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
