If you’re an energetic, upstart engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with people, this could be the position for you. **Main Responsibilities**: - Design and Planning (Consulting): Minimize the impact on customer environment and resources from the initial planning stages throughout implementation. - Automation: Develop scripts that will automate and ease the deployment and management of Radware devices. - Deployment: Install Radware products as efficiently as possible according to best practices, perform design review, product orientation and fine-tuning. - Optimization: Perform annual security assessment to ensure your Radware products maintain proper integration within a customer’s overall security architecture and are optimally tuned to defend against the latest threats. **Additional responsibilities**: - Ensure superior customer management through consistent updates, responsive follow-through, and attention to detail. - Solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity. - Authors best practices and PS handover documents. - Effectively utilizes moderately to highly complex lab setups to duplicate and solve problems. - Ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented. - Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project delivery. - Assist the customer during production roll out. - Provides basic systems and product training. - Represents Radware with the highest possible professionalism. - Document future product needs and work with Product Management group on behalf of all external organizations and customers. - Resolves problems independently while understanding and following escalation procedures when appropriate. - Reproduces and debugs issues seen during implementation in a lab environment as necessary, working with the engineering and test teams to resolve issues. - Provides timely feedback into the development process on customer issues and product concerns. **Requirements**: - Strong understanding of network infrastructure concepts (IP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, SSL protocols, packet routing), network devices (firewalls, proxy servers, caches, etc.), and packet analysis (tcpdump, Wireshark, etc.) - Knowledge of switches, routers, and routing protocols - Experience with Radware ADC and AMS products is an advantage. - Minimum 5 years’ experience of client interaction and consulting with the ability to rapidly generate client trust and confidence - Computer Science Degree or post-secondary education in a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills - Strong problem solving skills with the ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action - Software training experience of technical users - Willing to work Off-hours and during weekends as necessary. - Ability to work effectively with and provide guidance to other members of the team - Networking certifications (CCNA, F5, etc.) are a definitive plus - Strong understanding of HTTP protocol, web technologies, etc. - Minimum 3 years of client interaction and technical implementation experience with the ability to rapidly generate client trust and confidence LI-TM1 Primary Location: CO-CO-Bogota Work Locations: Radware Colombia, Bogota Ak. 9 #115-06 Oficina 605 - Edificio TierraFirme Bogota 110221 Job: Engineering Services
