As a **Commercial Finance Head**, you will provide financial guidance and influences the commercial organization (including both sales and marketing). You will be accountable for over-delivering sales / profit, and cash flow targets for the year through enabling assertive decisions through volume, pricing, trade spending, and/or better mix. Also, He/she is responsible for ensuring proper controls in Trade spending and brand building budgets, as well as of driving simplification and standardization across the BU. **HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING** - **Over-deliver P&L; and Cash Flow budget** - Lead Forecast and Actuals analysis to influence business through Pricing. - Timely identification of gaps and ensure mitigation plans are in place - Lead CD and MKT initiatives financial evaluation process, giving accurate recommendations to the business - Supervise Credit & Collection, A&P; accruals and prepaids processes. Ensure timely gap recognition and mitigation plans. - ** Forecast Accuracy and Reliability** - Deliver monthly Outlooks and Actuals with quality and on time - Proactively track and control commercial budgets to avoid potential expense recognitions - ** Lead Breakthrough Projects** - Lead Cost-to-serve Workshops - Create and develop framework for mix management - Lead E2E revenue growth management processes - Build and maintain data repository for P&L; and ROI (Return on investment) analysis - ** Stewardship** - Controls: Prevent expense recognition and Internal Control gaps by proactively anticipating potential issues - ** Develop Finance as a world-class organization** - Train and Mentor stakeholders in Commercial Finance related matters .**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS** - ** Bachelor’s Degree** in Finance in finance, economics, engineering or similar is highly preferred - ** Functional Skills**: P&L; and Cash Flow understanding, able to articulate relationship between both - ** Finance Experience or similar**:2-4 years in similar finance positions - **Bilingual**: English and Spanish fluent or native - ** Proficient in Company Tools / Applications** MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc), SAP, and financial planning systems - ** ABOUT KELLOGG COMPANY** Kellogg Company is a multibillion-dollar company with over 30 thousand employees all over the globe.
