About the Job The Data Engineer will be responsible for supporting automation, Data Warehouse, and visualization projects. This role will focus on ensuring the timely and accurate submission of data in the proper format for various key stakeholders throughout the North American region. Additionally, the Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize data systems and workflows. As Data Engineer, You Will - Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Data Warehouse systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility - Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and workflows to support reporting and analytics needs - Optimize and improve existing data processes to enhance performance and efficiency - Support the creation of data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Data Studio/Looker, and other tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders - Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems - Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making - Provide support for the integration of external data sources into the Data Warehouse - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data for reporting purposes - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools relevant to data engineering and analytics - Document data processes, workflows, and technical specifications for internal use and future reference As Data Engineer, You Need - Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, or another related field - 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Quality Assurance, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Planning. - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Data Warehouse environment - Expertise in Data Analytics, Data Quality Assurance, and Business Intelligence processes and tools - Advanced proficiency in Python, BigQuery, Data Studio/Looker, Tableau, and Data Warehouse management - Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite - Advanced problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills - Exceptionally detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and accuracy - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills - Expert-level written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptability to quickly learn new software tools and technologies - Speak both English and Spanish
