As a Facilities Engineer, you will make work possible by ensuring the functionality of all office equipment and physical workplace. **Key Responsibilities**- Handle and manage the following: - Leasehold improvement and facility up keep- Property plant and equipment (UPS, Genset, ACU, etc.)- Daily checking of office premises and facilities- Work with the property management group: vendors, and staff to achieve facilities goals and objectives- Supervise and implement all general and preventive maintenance activities with contractors- Coordinate with the different departments if there are changes in the seat plan and if mobilization of equipment and facilities are required- Ensure that AMC for site equipment are being maintained regularly- Provide support for the compliance to Health and Safety Standards- Maintain a systematic filing of all service reports and AMC contracts- Monitor and attend to the facilities and equipment related concerns that are raised through the internal ticketing system and accomplish within the agreed SLA- Support the Project Team for Site Build-Out and Rehabilitation- Coordinate with building administration and/or government agencies regarding concerns on facilities and compliance with requirements (PEZA, CDC, etc.) **Qualifications**: **Qualifications**- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer- With at least 2 years related working experience.- Willing to work in a shifting schedule and extended hour (only if needed)- Demonstrated project management skills- Ability to design and compute electrical and mechanical plans- Basic civil and structural building construction (interior and exterior)- Able to communicate in a clear and professional manner- Be able to adjust quickly and smoothly to changing priorities and conditions- Have strong analytical skills; able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
