We were born in 2018 and are just getting started. **Role Description** **As an IT Recruiter, your **core **responsibilities will include**: - Scheduling interviews, updating the ATS, keeping clear and detailed records - Investigating the market in order to ensure the usage of all possible recruitment channels - Sharing your brilliant ideas and proposing process improvements - Working closely with other recruiters as part of our global Talent Acquisition Team **About You** - ** At least **1** year of prior IT sourcing/recruiting experience in an international environment** - **Excellent spoken and written English** - Good knowledge of the local IT market and its trends - Proactivity, aim to constantly explore, improve, and learn new things - Great attention to detail and orientation to quality - Good organizational skills, ability to maintain a high level of accuracy - Computer skills in Social Media, Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, MS Office, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e Avature, iCIMS, Recruitee) - Finally, you are an exceptional teammate who has a positive attitude and loves to have fun at work
