Established in 1990, we are an almost 1000-member strong global organization with a presence in 25 countries. **Main responsibilities** - Provide consultancy and solutions of Dynamics 365 F&O; module to a wide variety of customers. - Monitoring live support cases; ensuring customers are kept up to date regarding progress, recording all customer-related information on the relevant portals. - Signpost customers to the relevant team if a requirement/sales opportunity is identified during the customer support process. (Understanding sales opportunity as the possibility of augmenting the service offer like training, managed services, shared services, technical services, or the implementation of a new product or customization. - Assisting with support, maintenance activities, development, and improvements to sa.global internal systems. - Responding to stakeholder/customer requests within agreed timescales and working to Service Level Agreements. - Assisting consultants with implementation tasks, or remote consulting work. - Deploy simple implementation tasks under the supervision of one or many consultants or PMs. - Interact with a wide variety of customers (internal or external) and stakeholders at all levels of the business. - Ongoing commitment to continuous professional development; completing relevant certifications on time when necessary. As well as improving communication skills, self-management activities and focus on results skills. - Always represent the business professionally and positively. - Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by the Country Manager or members of Senior Management. - Join HR and H&S; activities. - Report times in the instructed platform on a periodic basis and without delays. - Perform product/process training to internal and external customers for specific features requested and with a leader's approval. - Accomplish goals and targets set by the company/project on an individual and/or team basis. - Execute all types of product and consultancy activities related and not related to a project upon the Leader's request. **Skills and experience** - Required:_ - Experience working in a support desk/help desk environment. - Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, and others related) - English as a second language (B2) and proficiency level - Focused on results. - Customer-centric approach and great communication skills. - Willingness to learn and be challenged. - Teamwork orientation. - Desired:_ - Microsoft D365 Knowledge - Knowledge of business processes **Travel** Traveling in and out of the country may be required. **Location** Anywhere in Latin America. **Benefits** - Remote Work - Friday Fun Day - Prepaid medicine - Annual bonus Among others.
