Seeking a highly skilled and organized Account Manager to join our team in overseeing the execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring campaign success from onboarding to final delivery, and providing actionable insights to drive results. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists, Motion Designers, and Paid Media Specialists. Key qualifications include: - 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management. - Strong digital marketing expertise, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social. - Exceptional project management and organizational skills. - Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bonus points for experience working in a startup or fast-growing company and familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or paid media strategies. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management & Growth: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an outstanding experience from onboarding to campaign execution. - Build trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and consistently delivering value. - Proactively address client concerns, solve challenges, and ensure high satisfaction and retention. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help clients scale their influencer marketing efforts. Campaign & Project Management: - Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring projects stay on track and exceed expectations. - Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables. - Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders. Digital Marketing & Paid Social Execution: - Guide brands in developing high-performing ad creative concepts for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns. - Collaborate with internal teams to refine briefs and provide actionable feedback. - Work closely with the Paid Media Specialist to ensure content is optimized for performance marketing objectives. Content Delivery & Post-Production Oversight: - Work with creators to ensure high-quality content production that meets brand guidelines. - Coordinate with motion designers to ensure smooth post-production and final creative asset delivery. - Provide structured feedback to creators and the production team to refine content.
