This individual will be a part of an agile, high-performance team directly involved in developing technology for trucking. This hands-on role involves working in partnership with operations, product, technology, and support teams. This individual will maintain responsibility for supporting and enhancing the continuous integration environment, continuous deployment, benchmark testing, performance monitoring, capacity management, and the management of various environments. **Qualifications**: - 6+ years of DevOps experience. **Technical Requirements**: - Google Cloud Platform. - Shell scripting. - REST APIs. - Linux/Bash. - NoSQL and SQL databases. - Software lifecycle tools such as Jira, Bitbucket Pipelines, Github. - CI systems tools such as Jenkins. - JavaScript (Node.js) and Python. - Bilingual English/Spanish. **Key Responsibilities**: - Actively participate in setting DevOps delivery standards, processes, and policies to ensure executional excellence on cloud delivery, standardizing tools, methods, and systems to enable efficiency, best-practice sharing, and effectiveness in cloud delivery portfolios and projects. - Play a critical role as the gatekeeper of new released products to GCP, ensuring delivery processes are intact, smooth and bug-less. - Consistently assess processes and seek new opportunities for automation-driven efficiencies aligned with CI infrastructure. - Analyze system logs, configurations and other system data by implementing or using common technology tools - Suggest solutions to identified product problems. - Oversee continuous improvement projects. - Collect quality data. - Identify key KPIs for product quality. - Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management. **Benefits** At SmartHop we know our people are our number one asset, therefore we put a premium on hiring and retaining the best talent.
