**Our**Team**: - Sanofi _Business Operations_ _(_S_BO_) is _a group of internal associates with multi-disciplinary _expertise_ that helps to deliver impact_ful solutions to Medical and Commercial needs _of _Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D;, Data & Digital functions. _S_BO_ strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, _Globally_._ **Main responsibilities**: - The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:_ - Responsible for project management support _and_ _to _ensur_e_ the end-to-end effective project delivery of the designated publication/medical education deliverable across all phases_._ Initiate _and amend_ submission based on comments_ (as _required_)_._ _Support the _team_ _with internal and external stakeholder communication. Track the delivery of activities (including managing issues and risks) and support _follow-up_. _Support required submission, compliance_/ _approval_/ _Launch_ activities, and ensure compliance with publication_/MLR_ processes _and update_ as _required_ with approval/compliance tool (e.g., _Veeva _PromoMats_, DAM_). _Support the management of the assigned publication or medical education in line with the agreed budget. Support and manage as _required_ external spend tracking (e.g., approvals, purchase orders, and goods received)_. _Support adherence to associated _compliance-related_ activities and approvals (with internal _stakeholders_ _taking accountability for compliance)_. _Collaborate effectively with stakeholders: Scientific communication global and/or local teams; and medical content enhancement teams_._ - People: (1) Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders (medical scientific community) within the allocated Global Business Unit and product - with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement; (2) Actively lead and develop SBO operation activities; and (3) Ensure new technologies are leveraged - Performance: (1) Ensure publication/medical education materials (slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts etc.) are delivered, stored as per agreed timelines and quality; (2) Develop tools, technology, and process to constantly improve quality and productivity - Process: (1) Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards for deliveries made by the medical writing group, including scientific documents and clinical/medical reports; (2) Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high scientific standards for the output produced by the medical writing group; and (3) Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards - Stakeholder: (1) Work closely with scientific communication/medical content enhancement teams to ensure the end-to-end effective project delivery of the designated publication/medical education deliverables - About you_ - ** Experience**: _3-5 _y_ears_ post qualification experience_ - ** Soft skills**: _Stakeholder management; communication skills; and ability to work independently and within a team _environment_ - ** Technical skills**: _Project management; _Scientific/Medical writing/communications;_ Pharma experience_ _(_including but not limited to therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure; _and/or _publication submission_)_._ Hands on experience with MLR process and exposure to relevant tools such as Veeva _PromoMats_ or similar is desirable_._ - ** Education**: _University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science)._ _Additionally, relevant advanced_/postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline desirable_ - ** Languages**: _Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)_ - Pursue progress, discover _extraordinary_ Better is out there.
