About the job **Our Team**: - Market Access has the mission of formulating and implementing strategic plans to achieve and maintain optimal access of the Sanofi portfolio with payors in the Colombian Health System. We are a diverse team composed of several roles that are key on securing timely and integral access to our patients. _ **Main responsibilities**: - The general responsibility of this role is to maximise patient access to Sanofi medicines in the Immunology portfolio, specifically on respiratory therapeutic areas (Asthma, nasal polyps) and deliver sustainable commercial profitability and meaningful partnerships with payers and commercially relevant organisations. _ - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Colombian Health System and its actors - Lead market access strategy within respiratory brand team and provide input into brand strategy development for respiratory indications, serving as expert for the payer, distributor and channel perspective and ensuring economic considerations are incorporated - Led decision-making process of allocating resources to projects framed in Access 360 (disease management programs) - Improve current access indicators such as time to treatment, inclusion on public formularies and reimbursement approvals - Anticipate, analyse, and act on key policy changes that affect access, price, or coverage. - Adapt, develop, and communicate robust market access strategies and plans, including clear articulation of the brands’ value story, and help to integrate them into the overall brand plan - Work transversally with extended teams (medical Affairs, regulatory, marketing, e.g.) to plan and execute brand strategies - Work with global teams, securing an alignment on strategies, deliverables and projects. - Lead market access strategies execution in Colombia leveraging support with extended Market Access teams (Strategic Account Managers, Pricing, HEVA) - Provide pricing and reimbursement guidance around product forecast/financial model development - Identify gaps in current market access understanding and develop plans to gain direct payer insights through primary research, advisory boards, etc., and work with vendors to implement projects in a timely, impactful manner 3. About you - We require a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of the Colombian health system - **Experience**: Understanding of HEOR drivers and ability to coordinate payer insights to strengthen market access plan. Proven experience leading and delivering partnership projects in the health sector. It is desirable to have experience in payer roles. - **Technical and soft skills**: Impactful communication and influence skills. Strategic thinking. Analytical thinking. Ability to work cross-functionally. Business acumen. - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or administrative areas with graduated studies in public health or related disciplines (epidemiology, health policy, health economics, etc) - **Languages**: Spanish and English (at least 80% written and spoken) 4.
