Job Title: Business Integrity Partner for LATAM MCO "> Overview The Business Integrity Partner for LATAM will play a vital role in maintaining an overview of the businesses, fostering proactive partnerships with management to enable sustainable business growth while ensuring thoughtful risk taking. This role will collaborate with assigned Multinational Companies (MCO) Groups/Functions, serving as a key point of contact on business integrity related matters within their designated area of responsibility. The Business Integrity Partner will assist in identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement, areas of potential vulnerabilities, and inefficient processes, while partnering to optimize compliance with company values and Code of Conduct. Key Responsibilities: - Support leadership in maintaining an overview of the businesses, fostering proactive partnerships with management to enable sustainable business growth while ensuring thoughtful risk taking. - Assist in identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement, areas of potential vulnerabilities, and inefficient processes, while partnering to optimize compliance with company values and Code of Conduct. - Contribute to the measurement and improvement of the business integrity program's efficacy, helping to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of action plans with leadership teams. - Support robust governance, thoughtful risk taking, and ethical practices across the MCO. - Provide input for independent judgment in assessing business integrity related matters, supporting the business, and contributing to the development of remediation strategies as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 8–12+ years in ethics, compliance, or integrity roles within multinational or multicultural environments, ideally in pharmaceutical, consumer-health, or healthcare industries - Proven experience in business partnering—providing practical, integrity-based solutions in collaboration with leadership - Deep knowledge of global ethics frameworks (e.g., Anti-Bribery/Corruption, data privacy), local regulations across LATAM, and third-party risk management - Demonstrated experience business partnering — collaborating closely with Country/Cluster leadership to integrate EBI principles into commercial strategy, decision-making, and daily operations - Strong background in third-party risk management, including due diligence and oversight of distributors and partners - University degree in management/business administration, law or other relevant discipline - Advanced English
