We are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join us in our vision to give everyone the power to understand and be understood in their own language. **The opportunity** **Primary Responsibilities** - Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active product usage. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the implementation of KUDO products, addressing any technical or logístical challenges. - Provide training sessions to ensure clients understand how to use the products effectively and maximize their value for their business. - Oversee success with customer renewals, adoption of KUDO products, and customer health and satisfaction (NPS). - Act as an advocate for the client within the company, ensuring their needs and priorities are communicated and addressed appropriately. - Provide ongoing education to clients about new features, updates, and best practices for using KUDO Products. - Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify potential problems and address them proactively. **Requirements**: - 3 years of enterprise software Customer success experience (preferably SaaS). - Native in Spanish with excellent written and oral proficiency in English. - Work experience in customer relations, account management, or a related role. - Excellent Communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. - Excellent listening skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to sensitively build excellent rapport with clients, project confidence, and engender trust. - Ability to learn quickly and provide specialist training - Aptitude for understanding technology. - Ability to mediate conflict professionally. - Business proficiency in Portuguese and/or French is a bonus. - Must be based in Latam time zones. - Must have a valid work visa or permit in place of employment. **What We Offer** Join a mission-driven organization and help the world communicate effortlessly in any language.
