Automate processes via macro-enabled excels and consolidation of sheets **Strengthen Relationships**: Build relationships, manage expectations, set priorities, and identify resources to deliver solutions **Keep Sutherland Aligned**: Customize CRM systems to meet internal requirements **Qualifications**:** - Overall expereince 10-15 years - Call Center expereince 2-5 years - 3-5 years in an analytical role - Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements - Ability to work in MS Office - **Skill with Primary Microsoft Office Programs**: - Visio (nice to have) - Project Planner (nice to have) - Power BI (nice to have, intermediate skill desired) - PowerPoint (required, advanced story-telling skillset desired) - Excel (required, advanced skillset desired) - Word (required) - TEAMs access (desired) - Ability to work with sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality - Experience with management reporting and report development tools - Knowledge of data warehouse principals, hierarchies and tools - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Resources understand RCC landscape, they are positioned in key forums to listen for issues and pain points, they will connect like opportunities across and communicate with teams about status and progress. - Resources leverage a multitude of reports, data and tools to proactively research, validate and size opportunities with the goal of creating fulsome insights that are ready for action. - Resources act as a direct communication liaison between Experience Transformation Team and operational leaders across all sites (internal and external)
