About the Role We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our products across various delivery channels. This role requires strong technical expertise and a consultative approach to help clients solve complex challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering technical integration and consulting services to clients and internal teams, sharing product knowledge and best practices to support successful implementations, analyzing and resolving technical issues, maintaining clear and inclusive communication with clients and stakeholders, and supporting installation, configuration, and project planning activities. You will also be required to provide third-level support for XML and related technologies, conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, contribute to team projects and process improvements, and stay current with relevant technologies and industry trends. To excel in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field, as well as experience in technical consulting or client-facing technical roles. You must have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL), knowledge of SOAP/JSON web services and XML, programming experience (e.g., PowerShell, C#, Python), awareness of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenShift), and understanding of server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Above all, you must be able to produce clear technical documentation, possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, and demonstrate an ability to collaborate across diverse teams and client environments.
