"> The successful candidate will work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for finding the right candidates. Responsibilities include: - Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. - Sourcing and attracting talent: Utilize multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking events) to attract and engage qualified candidates. - Interview coordination: Schedule and conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Candidate assessment: Evaluate resumes, portfolios, and other application materials to identify qualified candidates. - Employer branding: Promote our company culture and brand to attract high-quality candidates through job postings, social media, and external networking. - Candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. - Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rates). Qualifications include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
