The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with a team to identify opportunities to improve current programs and develop an understanding of customer needs. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer compliance with organizational standards, working with analytical insights and tools to facilitate compliance, investigative, and reporting initiatives, and performing project management duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Bonus points if you have experience with Tableau, Domo, or similar Business Intelligence tools, as well as a solid understanding of risk management disciplines.
