The organization is seeking an Employee SuccessPartner Consultant (ESPC) to join the ESBP team in LATAM. This rolewill understand the business and talent strategy and build strongconnections with stakeholders and people managers. The idealcandidate will act as a trusted advisor, coaching people managers,driving HR programs, and leveraging data analytics to provideinsights that enhance talent management. Additionally, they willsupport regional and country-specific initiatives to ensurealignment with global objectives while addressing local businessneeds. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, adaptable, andpossesses strong project management skills, with a proactiveapproach to fostering a culture of success. Key Responsibilities:1. Partner with ESBPs to support and lead ES cyclical programs atthe regional and country level. 2. Support, drive, analyze andprovide data-driven insights to guide ES programs such as TalentReview, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, BusinessReviews, and ad hoc reporting needs, working in close partnershipwith ESBPs. 3. Conduct audits and process reviews to ensure programefficiency and compliance with local labor regulations. 4. Serve asthe primary ES point of contact in the country under the directionof the country/regional ESBP, collaborating with ESBPs andcross-functional teams to drive country-specific initiatives,enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance, and providecomprehensive ES support. 5. Collaborate with One ES (CoEs andother ES teams) to drive the success of HR initiatives in LATAMwhile ensuring alignment with global HR strategy. 6. Engage withthe Global ESPC community, facilitating the exchange of bestpractices and supporting knowledge sharing. 7. Develop and preparecontent for ES and Business QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews). 8. Build and maintain positive relationships with people managers,providing HR Mentorship and tailored support. 9. Proactivelyidentify organizational trends and deliver insights to leaders onorg health, engagement, and retention. 10. Mentor and onboardfellow ESPCs, sharing expertise and fostering team collaboration. Key Behaviors & Expectations: 1. Experience: 5-7 years in HRroles, ideally within fast-paced, multinational environments. 2. Tech & AI Literacy: Strong ability to learn and leverage HRtechnology and AI-driven tools, to enhance HR processes. 3. Data& Analytics: Strong ability to manage, analyze, and interpretcomplex data sets, translating insights into meaningful businessrecommendations. 4. Communication: Excellent ability to presentinformation persuasively and collaborate effectively acrossdifferent levels of the organization. 5. Business Acumen: Deepunderstanding of HR standard methodologies in Chile/Colombia,including labor laws, talent management, and compensationstrategies. 6. Project Management: Strong multitasking skills, withthe ability to lead HR projects while ensuring alignment withbusiness priorities. 7. Confidentiality & Integrity: Provenability to handle sensitive data and maintain discretion in all HRmatters. 8. Self-Starter & Problem-Solver: Proactive mindsetwith the ability to navigate complexity and drive significantimpact. 9. Cultural Adaptability: Strong understanding ofSalesforce’s culture, with the ability to tailor HR strategies tolocal needs while aligning with global goals. 10.
