Enterprise Solutions Expert Our team specializes in delivering high-impact solutions to large-scale clients. Enterprise Solutions Experts collaborate with skilled engineering staff and work on various accounts, leading the design and development of valuable solutions. Key responsibilities include isolating performance issues, providing effective solutions to mitigate problems, and working with product engineering teams to ensure clear communication between accounts and engineering teams. We regularly engage in hands-on solutioning, contributing to efficient deployment strategies and assisting in deployments at customers. Team members also contribute code in C#, Java, SQL, NodeJS, JavaScript, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, and other technologies. The Enterprise Solutions Expert role combines infrastructure, automation expertise, coding, trusted advisor, and cloud services authority. We lead the design and implementation of monitoring solutions through a well-defined engagement model. Our team members perform most responsibilities remotely and have moderate to minimal travel.
