Job Title: Remote Virtual Assistant We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our team in achieving operational efficiency and driving productivity across key business functions. About the Role: - Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, internal communications, appointment confirmations. - Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on video walkthroughs or team direction. - Upload and manage content in Whale (our SOP platform) and Zoho CRM. - Provide support for project tracking, task coordination, and internal process improvements. - Run reports, update spreadsheets, and help maintain consistency in documentation. - Ocassionally assist with light QuickBooks tasks. Requirements: - Strong spoken and written English skills. - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant. - Self-starter with excellent time management skills. - Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs). - Comfortable using or learning platforms like Zoho CRM, Whale (LMA), and QuickBooks Online. - Able to follow instructions from video walkthroughs and turn them into usable documents. - Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented. Bonus Requirements: - Experience working with home service companies or small business operations. - Past experience supporting sales or customer service teams.
