Job Description As a Trilingual Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance systems and procedures that exceed client expectations. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement quality assurance systems and procedures. - Conduct transaction monitoring and calibrations. - Collaborate on action plans to raise quality standards. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Prior BPO experience is mandatory. - Experience as a Quality Analyst is preferred. - English and Portuguese – B2 level or higher (spoken and written). - Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills. - Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and internet tools. - Knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
