This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a client-focused, detail-driven organization. **Responsibilities**: - Complement and support the leadership team with all administrative duties. - Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. - Organize and maintain the leadership team calendar, schedule appointments, and track important deadlines. - Coordinate, manage, and organize the client portal - upload/download files, track submissions, follow up with clients. - Prepare and design presentations, client documents, and internal reports. - Track and maintain the leadership team agenda, ensuring high-priority tasks are addressed. - Assist with internal processes, research, and ad hoc tasks as needed. **Experience**: - 3 to 5 years as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role in a multinational or international firm. - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. - Familiarity with client portals, cloud-based document management, or U.S. accounting/tax systems is a plus. **Skills**: - Exceptionally organized and detail oriented. - Strong communication skills and professional client interaction. - Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. - Reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Tech-savvy - comfortable working with cloud platforms, calendars, and communication tools.
