Job Summary: Our client - a company that offers energy audits and renewable solutions- is hiring a Customer Support & Project Coordinator to manage home energy upgrade projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with homeowners and subcontractors, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality installations. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for delivering top-tier service and smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate installation schedules between homeowners, installers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution. - Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners throughout the installation process, providing updates and addressing concerns. - Assign project tasks and communicate clearly with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned. - Ensure all materials, documentation, and permits are prepared prior to installation start dates. - Monitor the progress of ongoing installations and troubleshoot any issues or delays that arise. - Maintain accurate records of communications, project milestones, and installation outcomes. - Address funding-related concerns and ensure projects are closed out promptly and in line with funding expectations. - Conduct follow-ups post-installation to confirm homeowner satisfaction and resolve outstanding items. - Evaluate the quality of completed projects to a reasonable degree, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: - +2 years of experience in Customer Support - Previous experience in roles such as Operations, Quality Assurance or related - Excellent English level - Great attention to detail, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Skills: - Data reporting experience - Experience in the construction industry would be better Compensation: 1,600 - 2,000 USD / month Time zone and working hours : 1st role: 8 am to 5 pm CST 2nd role: 12 pm to 8 pm CST Perks: - 3 weeks of PTO (15 business days) a year - 6 US holidays - A lot of growth opportunities within the company!
