The position Act as a strategic link between business needs and technological capabilities, ensuring that IT solutions support business objectives. This role involves managing technology projects, optimizing processes, and continuously improving IT infrastructure. Additionally, it focuses on collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient and effective integration of technological solutions. Tasks and responsibilities IT Demands and Projects, Internal Consultancy: Plans, implements, and coordinates local and international IT projects (analysis, planning, definition, designing, implementing, supporting). Takes care of local demands and internal consultancy topics. Coordinates and consults regularly with ITSC Argentina regarding projects, demands, portfolio management, and reporting. IT organization: Responsible for implementing corporate and regional Information & Communication Systems policies and procedures. Serves as the necessary coordinator between local employees, external consultants, local management, and regional IT headquarters. Responsible for audit/self-assessment preparation and management. Ensures proper usage of existing IT facilities by organizing required IT trainings for local employees (e.g., Windows, Office, Outlook, SAP, VEEVA, etc.). Ensures continuous improvement of Security Awareness according to the Security Guidelines for Information and Communication Systems (I+CS). Accountable for the availability, security, performance, and optimization of the existing IT environment (e.g., network, server, client, etc.). Responsible for maintaining proper documentation. Responsible for HW, SW, and License inventory. Incident and Service Request Handling: Coordinates and advises on incident and service request handling (helpdesk, first level support) for users. Acts as Incident Manager for the OPU and implements Service Management processes. Responsible for Problem Management at the local level. Coordinates with the purchasing department for HW & SW, IT equipment, and services according to BI standards and after consultation with ITSC in Argentina. Provides application support in exceptional cases (e.g., key user functions for VEEVA, SAP). Requirements IT Coordinator / Supervisor with IT and Business experience, with at least 2-4 years of Principal Senior experience. Must be a strategic thinker and motivator, understanding what delivers true value and operational excellence to the business. Strong customer focus, vendor management, and negotiation skills. Business Partnering and Demand Management experience. Excellent understanding of building and operating IT systems and services. Highly creative, curious, and a strong networker. Proven track record in implementing technologies in a global environment (including different cultures). Ability to deal with ambiguity and sourcing challenges.
