Key Responsibilities - Understand client goals and determine how to best serve them. - Create a compelling vision for sustainable developments using our standard product line and effectively communicate that vision to external developers. - Collaborate with leadership to ensure a full manufacturing pipeline. - Clearly articulate our product and service offerings. - Develop, present, and respond to client requests and requirements. - Stay informed on industry trends and news. - Assist in evaluating potential clients and developments. - Facilitate developers in creating optimized site plans and unit mixes. - Prepare and present marketing materials to inform potential clients about product pricing and advantages. - Collect client feedback and project data for communication with engineering and architecture departments. - Maintain a sense of urgency during initial client inquiries and contacts. - Provide factory tours explaining the benefits of modular construction and our standard product line. - Attend conferences and participate in presentations on the benefits of modular and our approach. - Apply LEAN principles to establish, track, and improve sales processes and key performance indicators. - Manage client relationships and projects across all phases of the sales pipeline.
