As such, we are looking for someone with a collaborative mindset who is happy to be flexible and take on different responsibilities over the lifetime of our projects. **Must Have**: This role will suit a highly capable developer with at least ten years of experience with.NET and React.js. Skills and experience must include: - Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English (working directly with UK/US based clients) - Strong experience working with.NET, including - Strong multithreading experience - Strong unit and integration tests - Entity Framework - Strong experience in React.js and TypeScript - Strong experience in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases (data modelling and performance) - Understanding of Synch and Async communication - REST bases - Queue and/or Topic based (depending on technology) - Proficiency in working with Microservice Architecture - Including contamination, high availability and failover scenarios - Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines - Experience working with Azure or AWS **Role requirements - soft skills** Key attributes and behaviours to succeed in this role will be: - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements - Customer Focus - passion for understanding the problem we are trying to solve with software and to advocate solutions to your client. - Delivery focus - strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
