We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish to support our recruiting department. This role involves assisting with recruiting and prospecting efforts, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and providing general support to ensure our recruiting goals are met. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with recruiting tasks, including sourcing candidates, managing calendars, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups. - Conduct prospecting activities, such as cold outreach via phone, email, or social media in both English and Spanish. - Maintain and organize CRM databases, contact lists, and lead tracking systems. - Communicate with clients, prospects, and team members in a professional and timely manner. - Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as needed (e.g., calendar management, data entry, email management). - Help manage and update recruiting and marketing tools or platforms. - Translate communications and documents as needed (English/ Spanish). Requirements - Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish. - Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative/recruiting roles is preferred. - Comfortable with outbound communication and lead generation (calls/emails/social). - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management. - Proficient in using online tools such as Monday.com, CRM systems, and Zoom. - Self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision. - Available for virtual meetings as required per the recruiting department with camera on.
