Responsibilities - Develop compelling narratives: Translate strategy into engaging storytelling that resonates with our audiences. - Design digital assets: Create captivating visuals for social media, video, email, events, and internal communications. - Produce multimedia content: Shoot and edit high-quality videos showcasing patient stories, team highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments. - Ensure brand consistency: Maintain a polished and professional look across all channels—internal and external. - Leverage technology: Utilize AI tools for content ideation, copywriting support, and production acceleration. - Monitor performance: Track KPIs like impressions, content volume, and engagement to inform future output. Requirements - A strong portfolio demonstrating photo and video editing, brand storytelling, and digital design skills. - Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). - Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma). - Comfort with emerging tools for AI-generated content and automation. - Excellent English communication skills and a deep understanding of narrative structure and tone. - Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills, with experience managing content calendars and project-based creative workflows.
