Your role will focus on managing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, YouTube,Google PPC, AdRoll, Facebook, and Instagram. Experience with Service/SaaS Ads Businesses is essential. - Expert in media buying and ads management across various digital platforms. - Proficient in planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns. - Familiarity with Service/SaaS Ads Businesses and their unique requirements. - Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and insights. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to manage budgets effectively and maximize ROI / ROAS. **Your Key Responsibilities**: - Ads Management: Develop and manage ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms. - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. - Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy. - Setup all conversion tracking for landing pages and company webpages, with integration to our HubSpot CRM. - Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets. - Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements. - Provide regular reports on spend and campaign performance. **Must-Haves**: - Minimum of 5 years experience in media buying and ads management. - In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!_
