NeoWork is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer (Editorial & Social) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics for both print and digital platforms, focusing on editorial content and social media marketing. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our editorial team and social media managers to develop compelling visuals that enhance storytelling and effectively communicate our clients' messages. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including magazine layouts, social media graphics, promotional materials, and more. Responsibilities - Design and evolve static and animated assets for the social channels(Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more) - Create visuals for editorial features and weekly newsletters - Design internal and external decks for partnerships, pitches, and proposals - Support branded and sponsored campaign assets in collaboration with our Partnerships team - Ensure brand consistency across all creative work, in alignment with our Product Design team - Balance reactive, quick-turn requests with proactive, creative ideation and experimentation Requirements - A strong portfolio demonstrating social-first and editorial design work - Proficiency in Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) - Experience creating and formatting presentation decks (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote) - Strong understanding of designing for multiple aspect ratios and platforms - Excellent communication skills and comfort working across teams and timezones Preferred Qualifications: - Experience collaborating with video teams or across multi-deliverable campaigns - Skills in motion graphics or light animation - Background in designing for film/TV brands or entertainment media - Ability to independently pitch and execute visual concepts - Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus Benefits - Salary Range: COP 2.200.000 to 5,000,000 - Contract Type: Part-time, Part-time, 6-month contract with a possibility of extending to full-time and long-term based on performance and work
