Business System Analyst As a key member of our Agile Capability Team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing business solutions that drive our company's success. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our ETO process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, configuration, and implementation, as well as experience working with Agile development methodologies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. - Support current ETO applications, interfaces, and WRICEFS, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Collaborate with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Work with the capability team to build an Agile culture within the organization, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Identify design problems and create usable solutions, leveraging expertise in ABAP development, Agile methodologies, and system/process documentation. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. - 4 years of experience in CRM and ECC SAP, with a focus on configuration, implementation, and testing. - Proficiency in ABAP development, Agile methodologies, and system/process documentation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
