Design and implement scalable, cloud-based architectures and backend services. 2. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to build state-of-the-art solutions across Big Data, machine learning, and real-time analytics environments. 3. Deliver high-quality, innovative solutions while adhering to best practices in architecture, security, and compliance. 4. Provide strategic technical leadership on complex, high-impact customer engagements, designing advanced solutions, managing technical risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful delivery. 5. Drive innovation, optimize KPIs, and mentor other architects and technical leaders. Skill Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, focusing on Big Data and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Technical sales or pre-sales experience with cloud, big data, and ML solutions. - Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. - Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering measurable business value. - Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor. - Proficiency in data engineering and analytics, designing data pipelines using AWS, GCP, or Azure data stacks. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and integration experience. - Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time analytics. - Experience with microservice architecture and containerized deployment (Kubernetes, Docker). - Proficiency in backend languages such as TypeScript, Java, Python, etc. - Knowledge of MLOps tools like PyTorch, SageMaker, MLFlow. - Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with agile methodologies. Nice to Have: - Experience in Generative AI implementations. - Proficiency with graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune). - Knowledge of data mesh principles and data contracts.
