**POSITION OVERVIEW** - Driving the Technical Onboarding process to make sure that new partners have all the training and tools to succeed from the start This includes everything from backend integrations to customer support tools to end-user features and functionality. We're searching for high-powered talent with a passion for technology, a consultative and entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to drive and manage relationships internally across departments and externally with our partners. **RESPONSIBILITIES** The Technical Account Manager's primary job responsibilities will include: - Managing technical sales relationships with select partners in Latam alongside Account Executives - Acting as the escalation point for technical issues - Providing valuable ongoing product support and training to partners via webinar and on-site - Champion and advocate for partner requirements through gathering feedback from partners and other key stakeholders on how we can improve our product and processes - Support the Sales Team during some stages of the pre-sales process. - Creating training materials like presentations, technical guides, and videos to facilitate the ongoing training process for partners. - Conducting local and remote tests for new features in close cooperation with Product Managers and Quality Engineers. **REQUIREMENTS** - BA or BS, Engineering, Math or sciences preferred - Fluent in Spanish - The ability to communicate in English with vendors and internal teams, both in writing and verbally, in a clear, professional manner - A self-starter who can operate independently. - Proficiency and up-to-date knowledge of consumer, cloud, and IoT technology - Excellent problem-solving skills - The ability and commitment to meet deadlines, even during high volume periods - Flexible and positive attitude that fosters team spirit - Availability to travel up to 30%+ within Colombia and Latam countries. - Experience with the following is a plus: Electronic security, access control, home automation, or video over IP **WHY WORK FOR ALARM.COM?** - **Collaborate with outstanding people**: We hire only the best.
