That is where you come in! Job Description We are looking for an experienced L3 SRE engineer to support our business-critical SaaS application. Key Responsibilities: Provide L3 support across the full stack, including infrastructure, backend, and frontend, before escalation to the engineering business unit. Automate SRE tools to enable proactive L3 support, aligned with our monitoring strategy. Work effectively under pressure for business-critical applications. Communicate appropriately with L1, L2, engineering teams, product managers, leadership, and end-users during troubleshooting. Qualifications Must-have Skills: Expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform. Experience with Github Actions, Shell Scripting, and AWS. Experience in incident and problem management. Experience with multitenant applications. Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPCs, subnets, firewalls, load balancing, TLS, and SSL. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions) and version control. Proficiency in Python and React/Next.js. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or ELK stack. Experience with AWS services, particularly EKS, serverless architectures, queues, and databases.
