Job Description · Collaborating with the commercial team on study objectives and client requirements for the survey execution · Setting up high-quality questionnaires, coordinating the translation process, and quality check all survey before going to field. · Creating online study setups, using data platform software · Acting as a point of contact for the commercial team on survey set up, test product, concept logistics, and data collection · Coordinating, communicating and documenting all research study information, deadlines and changes, whilst managing timelines · Creating study material for external vendors and monitoring the progress of interviews · Ensure on time delivery and high quality of data, align with Bases standards · Monitor all live studies on a daily basis to identify any in-field issues early · Troubleshoot issues to ensure projects are completed on time · Communicate with internal and external team members to address any concerns, discussing timing revisions, or other adjustments during fieldwork Qualifications · Attention to details · Multi-tasking skills · Problem-solving and process improvement skills · Ability to collaborate and negotiate, to attain alignment across teams and internal clients · Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience · Fluent communication in English – written and spoken · Ability to work independently and as part of a project team · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Bachelor's degree Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) About NIQ NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
