We are seeking a senior sales professional to lead and scale our revenue operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape the future of a innovative B2B SaaS company. This position requires building and executing a scalable go-to-market strategy across multiple channels, owning the full sales funnel, and directly managing and growing a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and market adoption of our contract intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy across outbound, inbound, and partner channels. - Hire, mentor, and lead the sales team, including SDRs, AEs, and future sales hires. - Own the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and optimize processes to improve conversion rates and shorten cycles. - Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise prospects, navigating complex sales cycles and closing high-impact deals. - Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to align messaging, gather customer insights, and ensure product-market fit. - Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards using HubSpot and other tools. What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including a leadership role. - Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in startup or growth-stage environments. - Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing complex sales cycles with stakeholders. - Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and pipeline development. - Experience with HubSpot CRM is required. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (advanced proficiency required). - Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and high comfort with ambiguity.
