Cloud Support Specialist We are looking for a skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our customers and peers. - Investigate issues: Research and escalate complex customer problems related to cloud products. - Resolve customer problems: Work with customers to resolve issues and ensure that each support case is handled according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA). - Engage directly with customers: Collaborate with customers by phone, ticketing system, and remote sessions to resolve their issues. - Contribute knowledge base articles: Create and maintain new knowledge base articles and existing ones to ensure shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers. What we are looking for in you: - Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills. - Exceptional academic track record from high school and university. - Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or alternative chosen path. - Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results. - Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems, including virtualization/cloud, containers, storage technologies, and networking.
