Pricing and Commercial Operations Role We are seeking a skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our global Pricing and Contracts team at NielsenIQ, you will be responsible for supporting US sales teams in the development of strategic commercial proposals. Your primary focus will be on driving growth, optimizing revenue, and improving profitability (EBITDA) by acting as a trusted advisor in defining prices, contractual terms, and agreement structures. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing and contract decisions during the sales cycle - Develop complex and customized pricing models - Analyze margins, discounts, and revenue sources in commercial proposals - Manage discount approvals and contractual exceptions: - Review and approve low-level discounts - Apply internal guidelines for approving contract exceptions - Recommend key decisions to leadership - Communicate approval or rejection decisions to sales teams clearly - Drive the adoption of quotation-to-cash (Q2C) tools and processes: - Monitor and enforce CRM process compliance - Train users on Q2C tools - Participate in projects for continuous improvement related to commercial processes Requirements: - Advanced level of English (B2 or C1) is essential - 1-3 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, revenue operations, or financial or commercial analysis roles (Mandatory) - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools - Experience in analyzing large volumes of data - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related fields (Desirable) - Desirable experience with CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics) and data visualization tools (MSBI or others) Soft Skills: - Critical attention to detail and high sense of responsibility - Able to prioritize tasks in high-demand environments - Ability to negotiate and resolve strategic problems effectively Benefits: - Flexible working environment - Volunteer time off - LinkedIn Learning - Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) About the Opportunity: NielsenIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering unparalleled understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
