Responsible for providing an interface between finance & the business/functions leaders and their teams. It owns the business relationship with the teams and help influence decision making, ensuring results are aligned to strategic goals, alongside providing professional rigor to the financials driving of the investment decision. Ensure compliance of all local processes to corporate rules, control and policies. Main responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Business partenering: - To work closely with the business units on supporting the execution of its strategy through achieving sales, gross margin and OPEX targets. - To provide input, insight and guidance into the strategic planning cycle in conjunction with leadership team. - To provide compelling reporting & insight to communicate the key risks & opportunities - To drive critical reasoning with the teams, supporting in ensuring that the teams are driving the best long-term value creation decisions. - To inform and influence the teams to help them understand the financial impact of initiatives, providing objective viewpoint and challenging priorities where necessary. - To providing ad hoc finance support when required. - To lead budget and forecast construction processes with business units/functions lead and country chair - To ensure reliability of business unit figures with accurate and timely financial closings and build reports required by the Region and Corporate - To develop relationships with key personnel at all levels providing analytics, advice, managerial and statutory thinking. - Assisting in the completion of business cases that clearly highlight the business value and sensitivities associated with the initiative Policies and Compliance - Lead the implementation of group controlling procedures within its perimeter and guarantee compliance with internal controls and SAGA rules. Accounting: - Ensure accounts reported complied with local regulations and international standards (IFRS) - Ensure accounts reported complied with Group rules Team Leadership and Employee Development - Lead its team developing their own capabilities, setting clear expectations and evaluating their performance to foster a high-performance team, highly qualified and motivated About you - Experience: _Experience in financial planning, _budgeting/forecasting_ or controlling areas, corporate reporting knowledge, internal control and audit knowledge and cost analysis in fast paced, changing environment (internally and client facing)_ - Soft skills: Challenging status quo, Developing assertive communication and transversal collaboration - Technical skills: Highly analytical, going beyond the traditional functions of finance driving insight and strategy across a broad range of business issues - Education: _Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related degrees.
